Course Content

The basis of the workshop is understanding bloodwork, so if you have had bloodwork done in the last six months it will be more educational. If you have not had bloodwork done, we encourage you to call the office so we can order it for you. Concerned about cost for labs? We have some alternative options that are 60- 80% less than St. Luke's. Our office can explain. Persons without bloodwork will also find the workshop informative and may choose to order specific tests after the workshop. 

You will be guided through a process that is very effective and educational. Participants will understand the exact meaning of their own bloodwork* and clues held within that doctors don't tell .

About Your Instructors

Cynthia Luck Carr, CHHC

Cynthia Luck Carr, a certified holistic health coach and professional educator, has inspired children and adults in the Wood River Valley for nearly 30 years. Her career began in elementary schools where her passion for the well-being of families, her community, and the planet, permeated her classroom. Since then, she has had the immense pleasure of helping people ages 2-88 realize their life potential in a variety of impactful settings. For 8 years, she has been a leader in the development of a resilient local food economy and looks forward to realizing the link between local food and health. Her commitment to facilitating self-discovery and building sustainable communities has most recently manifested in her work as a health and lifestyle coach at the Wellness Clinic in Ketchum, Idaho. She is currently enrolled in post-graduate training for certification in Functional Medicine and enjoys the bounty and beauty of life in Idaho!

Dr. Tomomi Ikawa, D.C.

Dr. Tomomi Ikawa, D.C., was born and raised in Japan. She attended Washington State University where she received Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. She later attended Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2015. During her time at TCC, she attended numerous seminars in the healing arts but was most intrigued by Network Spinal Analysis. This work has had profound impacts in her life physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  

After chiropractic school, Dr. Tomomi found Dr. Maria and relocated to Ketchum, ID where she practiced chiropractic for a year. She then returned to Japan to serve in the Japanese Chiropractic Association.

In 2017, Dr. Tomomi was awarded a visa by the U.S. Government and is thrilled to return to the Idaho. She is excited to provide Network Spinal care r at Dr. Maria‚Äôs Wellness Clinic again and to serve the beautiful people of Idaho.
